This program focuses on real-world, practical skills—like managing money, navigating relationships, planning meals, understanding emotions, and advocating for your needs—in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re preparing for adulthood, looking to build confidence, or simply want to live life on your own terms, this course is here to help you thrive, your way.

The aim of this enrichment course is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where students can develop confidence, social skills, and independence through a range of engaging, accessible, and meaningful activities. These sessions are designed to build on individual strengths, promote well-being, and encourage creativity, communication and collaboration while nurturing personal interests and life skills in a way that respects each learner’s unique abilities and pace.
