My Life, My Way is a ‘Preparing for Adulthood’ life skills course designed specifically for neurodiverse young people who are ready to take the next step toward greater independence, confidence, and self-understanding. This program focuses on real-world, practical skills—like managing money, navigating relationships, planning meals, understanding emotions, and advocating for your needs—in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re preparing for adulthood, looking to build confidence, or simply want to live life on your own terms, this course is here to help you thrive, your way.

The aim of this enrichment course is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where students can develop confidence, social skills, and independence through a range of engaging, accessible, and meaningful activities.
